If you cancel before any work has started, the advance is refunded in full, less any transaction charges actually incurred.
Refunds are calculated against the stages completed and delivered under the written scope. Work already delivered is chargeable; work not started is not. We will show you the calculation.
If the delivered work does not match the agreed scope, our first obligation is to correct it, and revisions within scope are included at no additional cost. Most concerns are resolved this way.
Fees are not refunded on the basis of academic or editorial outcomes — a supervisor's opinion, an examiner's decision, or a journal's rejection. These are outside our control and were never part of what you paid for. Fees are also not refundable where a client asks us to act outside our ethics policy and we decline.
Write to info.shodhyantri@gmail.com setting out what was agreed and what you believe was not delivered. We respond within three working days.
