We provide research guidance, statistical and simulation analysis, academic editing, formatting, reference management, training and viva preparation. Each engagement is defined by a written scope agreed before work begins. Anything not in that scope is not included.
We do not write theses for submission as a client's own unaided work, sit examinations or vivas, fabricate or alter data, manipulate similarity software, or guarantee publication or academic outcomes. These exclusions are absolute and are not negotiable for any fee.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the data and materials you provide, for complying with your institution's regulations on the use of external support, for final decisions on method and interpretation, and for submitting your own work.
Timelines are agreed at the start and depend on inputs from you, your supervisor and, where relevant, journals. We will tell you promptly if a timeline is at risk. We do not offer guaranteed delivery dates for work whose inputs we do not control.
Fees are quoted per engagement in writing. Goods and Services Tax is charged as applicable — CGST and SGST for intra-state supply, IGST for inter-state — and shown separately on every invoice. Work begins after the agreed advance is received.
The research contribution, the argument and authorship remain yours. Deliverables we prepare become yours on full payment. We retain no claim to authorship and will not accept it if offered.
We treat your topic, data and drafts as confidential and will sign a non-disclosure agreement on request. We ask the same discretion in return regarding our internal methods and materials.
Our liability in respect of any engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement. We are not liable for academic outcomes, examiner decisions, journal decisions or institutional actions, all of which are outside our control.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at our registered place of business in Madhya Pradesh.
