When you send an enquiry through this website we collect your name, phone number, email address, city, institution, level, the service you asked about and the message you wrote. When you become a client we additionally hold the project details, documents and data you send us, and billing information required for GST invoicing.
To reply to your enquiry, to carry out the work you engage us for, and to meet legal obligations such as tax records. That is the complete list.
Enquiry records are kept while there is a reasonable prospect of working together. Client project files are kept for the duration of the engagement and a reasonable period afterwards for support. Financial records are kept for the period required by Indian tax law. You may ask us to delete your data at any point where no legal obligation requires us to keep it.
Access to client files is limited to the people working on that project. Our administrative system is password-protected and access is logged. No system is perfect, and we will tell you promptly if we ever become aware of a breach affecting your data.
