Our Mission from Shodhyantri

Our research support mission is simple to state and hard to live up to every day. We help PhD, M.Phil, M.Tech, MBA and Master's scholars produce research they can defend with confidence. We do this by editing, structuring, analysing data, formatting and mentoring, while the ideas, the arguments and the authorship stay with the scholar. Shodhyantri Engineering Services started in Gwalior in 2020 with this one purpose.

Many scholars in India work alone. Their guide is busy, the university rules are dense, and the software looks hostile. Some lose a year to a single stuck chapter. We built Shodhyantri to fill that gap with patient, skilled people who explain what they do. We would rather say no to a request than help in a way that puts a scholar's degree, reputation or integrity at risk.

What our research support mission means in practice

A mission statement is only useful if it changes daily decisions. Ours decides which work we accept, how we price our time, how we talk to scholars, and what we refuse. In plain terms: we strengthen research that belongs to the scholar. We do not replace the scholar. Every service we offer, from SPSS analysis to Hindi thesis editing, is shaped by that line.

It also means we take responsibility for the quality of our own part. If we run a regression, we explain the output. If we edit a chapter, we show the changes. If we suggest a journal, we tell you why, and we tell you that peer review decides acceptance, not us. Transparency is part of the mission, not an extra.

1Support the scholar's own research, never replace it
2Explain every analysis so the scholar can defend it
3Make expert help reachable for scholars in smaller cities
4Respect university rules, UGC norms and guide instructions
5Be honest about limits, timelines and what we cannot promise
6Serve English and Indian-language researchers with equal care
Why scholars choose us

Why choose Shodhyantri for research support mission

01

Authorship stays with you

Your degree depends on work you can explain and defend. We only offer help that keeps your voice, your ideas and your decisions at the centre.

02

Access beyond metro cities

Good research mentoring should not depend on living near a big university. We work remotely with scholars from towns and cities across India.

03

Understanding over shortcuts

A scholar who understands their statistics can face any viva question. We teach the reasoning behind each test rather than handing over unexplained tables.

04

Integrity protects careers

Misconduct findings can follow a researcher for years. Keeping our work ethical protects scholars long after the thesis is submitted and the degree awarded.

05

Language should not block research

Strong ideas are often written in Hindi, Marathi or Punjabi. We support scholars in the language their university allows, not only in English.

06

Honesty builds lasting trust

We say clearly what is possible and what is not. Scholars return and refer friends because we never sold them a promise we could not keep.

Quality checkpoints

Six checks your work passes through

Stage 1Scope integrity check

Each request is screened so we never take on work that would replace the scholar's own authorship.

Stage 2Discipline fit check

We confirm the assigned team member knows the field, methods and software the project needs.

Stage 3Method soundness review

Analysis plans are checked against research questions, data type and sample before any test is run.

Stage 4Language and style pass

Edited text is read again for clarity, consistency, terminology and the scholar's original meaning.

Stage 5Guideline compliance pass

Formatting, citations and structure are checked against the exact university or journal rules supplied.

Stage 6Scholar understanding check

We confirm the scholar can explain the work in their own words before we close the task.

Avoid these

Common mistakes and how we handle them

Common problemHow Shodhyantri helps
Providers take the work over and the scholar cannot explain it at the viva.We keep you involved at every stage and explain each step, so you can answer examiners with confidence.
Scholars are promised guaranteed publication or a fixed similarity percentage. We never guarantee outcomes. Journals decide through peer review, and we tell you that before any work starts.
Statistical outputs arrive as tables with no explanation of what they mean.Every analysis we deliver carries interpretation notes in simple language, linked back to your research questions.
University formatting rules are ignored and the thesis is returned for corrections. We ask for your exact guidelines first and check margins, fonts, citation style and front matter against them.
Hindi or Marathi theses get handled by people who do not know the language.Indian-language work goes to editors who read and write that language, including academic terminology.
Scope and cost keep changing midway without clear agreement. We agree the scope in writing before we begin and discuss any change openly before doing extra work.

Expert tips

Practical tips for research support mission

Tip 01

Keep your guide informed

Share major changes with your supervisor. Their approval matters more than any outside opinion, including ours.

Tip 02

Ask why, not just what

When anyone helps you, ask why a test or edit was chosen. The answer is what you will need at your viva.

Tip 03

Read your university ordinance

PhD regulations differ by university. Knowing your own rules on chapters, publications and similarity saves months.

Tip 04

Save every version

Keep dated copies of drafts and data. It protects you if questions arise and helps track your progress.

Tip 05

Be wary of guarantees

Anyone promising guaranteed acceptance or indexing is either misinformed or misleading you. Peer review cannot be bought.

Tip 06

Learn one tool properly

Learning one analysis package well, such as SPSS or R, gives you more control than depending on others for every output.

Tip 07

Write a little daily

Short daily writing sessions beat rare marathons. Regular drafts also make editing support far more effective.

Tip 08

Check similarity early

Run a similarity check on early drafts, not just the final thesis, so paraphrasing and citation gaps are fixed in time.

Your team

One project, a matched team

Your work is handled by people who read your field's literature, not by a single generalist.

Domain Expert

A PhD-qualified specialist from your field who checks the research logic, gap and contribution.

Research Analyst

Handles statistics, models and qualitative coding, and documents every analytical decision.

Academic Editor

Improves structure, flow, clarity and academic tone without changing your meaning.

Simulation & Code Engineer

Builds and validates MATLAB, Python, ANSYS or COMSOL work where your study needs it.

Proofreader

Checks grammar, consistency, numbering, citations and the small errors examiners notice.

Formatting Specialist

Applies your university or journal template, reference style and front matter exactly.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

When and where was Shodhyantri started?

Shodhyantri Engineering Services was started in 2020 in Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh. We began with research and engineering analysis support and grew into a team that helps scholars across India with editing, statistics, formatting, simulation and training. Most of our work is done remotely through WhatsApp, email and online calls.

Is Shodhyantri a registered business?

Yes. Shodhyantri Engineering Services is registered under MSME with Udyam registration and is also GST registered. We issue proper invoices for our services. Registration shows we operate as a legitimate business, though it is not an academic accreditation, and we do not claim any university affiliation.

Do you write theses or papers for scholars?

No. Our mission is to support research that belongs to the scholar. We edit, structure, review, analyse data, format, guide and train. The research questions, arguments and authorship remain yours. This protects your degree and keeps you able to defend your work in front of examiners.

Can you guarantee publication or a similarity score?

No, and we think anyone who does should be questioned. Journals decide acceptance through peer review, and similarity tools such as Turnitin or DrillBit report results we cannot control. We help you improve the quality, clarity and originality of your writing and explain every step honestly.

Do you work with scholars outside Madhya Pradesh?

Yes. We are based in Gwalior but work with scholars from many states across India. Most communication happens online, so distance is rarely an issue. We adjust to the university you are enrolled in and follow its specific regulations and formatting rules.

Which languages do you support?

We edit and format research documents in English, Hindi, Marathi and Punjabi, and can discuss other Indian languages case by case. Hindi-medium theses receive the same attention to structure, terminology and formatting as English ones.

How do I start working with you?

Message us on WhatsApp at +91 70009 37390 or email info.shodhyantri@gmail.com with your topic, stage and deadline. We will ask for your guidelines and drafts, agree a written scope, and then begin. If we feel we are not the right fit, we will tell you.
