From a small start in Gwalior to a multidisciplinary team supporting scholars across Indian states, these are the milestones that shaped Shodhyantri.
Tell us about your our achievements need. We reply within one working day.
Our research support achievements are best told as milestones rather than boasts. Shodhyantri Engineering Services started in Gwalior in 2020 with research and engineering analysis support. Since then we have registered as an MSME, built a team of analysts, editors and simulation engineers, added Indian-language editing, grown to work across 14+ software platforms and 30+ disciplines, and launched online training.
We measure achievement by what scholars can now do with our help, not by large numbers. Theses, papers and analyses we have supported have come from scholars in many Indian states. Approximate figures appear elsewhere on our site. Here we describe what each milestone changed for scholars and why it matters to the next scholar who contacts us with a draft, a dataset or a question.
Each milestone below added a capability that scholars asked for. Registration gave scholars confidence in dealing with a formal business. A larger team brought discipline expertise. Indian-language editing opened our support to Hindi, Marathi and Punjabi medium researchers. Software breadth let us handle methods from survey statistics to finite element simulation. Training let scholars learn tools themselves.
None of these milestones involved promises about publication or results, and none changed our support-only approach. Every achievement listed here strengthened our ability to edit, analyse, guide, format and train, while leaving the research and authorship with the scholar.
Beginning in Gwalior taught us the needs of scholars outside major metros, which still shapes how we communicate, price and plan our support.
MSME and GST registration let scholars deal with a formal, invoiced business, which matters for trust and for record keeping.
Bringing analysts, editors and simulation engineers together means each project reaches someone who knows its methods and conventions.
Adding Indian-language editing let us support scholars whose universities accept theses in Hindi, Marathi or Punjabi with proper academic care.
Research uses many tools. Working across 14+ platforms means scholars rarely need to change their chosen software to get support.
Launching online training turned part of our work from doing analysis alongside scholars into teaching them to run it themselves.
Ten stages, each with a clear output. Nothing moves to the next stage until you have reviewed the last one.
— You review every stage first, then decide —
A small Gwalior start focused on careful, explained research and engineering analysis for scholars.
MSME Udyam and GST registration gave scholars a recognised, invoiced business to work with.
Specialist analysts, editors and simulation engineers allowed discipline-matched support on each project.
Indian-language editing brought proper academic support to Hindi, Marathi and Punjabi medium theses.
Growth to 14+ software platforms and 30+ disciplines covered most methods scholars use.
Online training added a way for scholars to build their own lasting research software skills.
Every stage is shared with notes explaining what was changed and why. You and your supervisor check it, and the next stage starts only after your go-ahead.
| Common problem | How Shodhyantri helps |
|---|---|
| Providers quote huge, unverifiable client counts and success rates to win trust. | We describe our milestones plainly and avoid inflated claims, so you can judge us on clear, checkable facts. |
| A firm claims expertise in every software but cannot explain basic outputs. | We list only tools our team actually uses, and every output we deliver comes with an explanation. |
| Scholars cannot verify whether a provider is a real business. | We are MSME Udyam and GST registered and issue invoices, so our business status is easy to confirm. |
| Indian-language theses are outsourced to translators without academic background. | Our Indian-language editing is done with attention to academic terms, structure and university formatting rules. |
| Engineering scholars find statistics firms that cannot handle simulation work. | Our team includes simulation engineers working with ANSYS, COMSOL and MATLAB alongside our statistical analysts. |
| Past achievements are used to imply guaranteed results for new clients. | Our milestones show capability, not guarantees. Each new project is judged on its own merits, honestly. |
Figures marked approx. are rounded down estimates.
When a provider lists achievements, ask which ones you can check, such as registration, invoices or named software expertise.
A clear list of tools and disciplines tells you more than a large unexplained number of satisfied clients.
Check that the person assigned to your work knows your field's methods, not just general editing or statistics.
For Hindi or Marathi theses, ask whether editors understand academic terms in that language, not only general grammar.
A provider offering training alongside support is more likely to explain their work and leave you more capable.
Track every draft, dataset and invoice. Good records help you, whatever provider or guide you work with.
The best sign of real expertise is an explanation you understand. Polished files without reasons are not enough.
Note your own research achievements, such as presentations and papers. They strengthen your CV and keep you motivated.
Your work is handled by people who read your field's literature, not by a single generalist.
A PhD-qualified specialist from your field who checks the research logic, gap and contribution.
Handles statistics, models and qualitative coding, and documents every analytical decision.
Improves structure, flow, clarity and academic tone without changing your meaning.
Builds and validates MATLAB, Python, ANSYS or COMSOL work where your study needs it.
Checks grammar, consistency, numbering, citations and the small errors examiners notice.
Applies your university or journal template, reference style and front matter exactly.
Shodhyantri Engineering Services started in 2020 in Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh. We began with research and engineering analysis support and have grown into a multidisciplinary team supporting scholars across India through editing, statistics, simulation, formatting and training.
Yes. We are registered under MSME with Udyam registration, and we are GST registered. We issue proper invoices for services. These registrations confirm our status as a formal business. They are not academic accreditations, and we do not claim university affiliation.
Our team works across 14+ software platforms, including SPSS, SmartPLS, AMOS, STATA, EViews, R, Python, MATLAB, NVivo, ATLAS.ti, MAXQDA, Minitab, JASP, ANSYS, COMSOL and VOSviewer. We support scholars in 30+ disciplines, from management and law to engineering and life sciences.
We prefer to describe milestones we can state accurately. Approximate figures appear separately on our site. Large unverified numbers are common in this sector and say little about the help a new scholar will receive, so we focus on capabilities you can check.
No. Our track record shows what we can support, not what journals will decide. Acceptance depends on peer review and editorial judgement. We help you prepare and submit your own work as strongly as possible, and we explain the realistic chances honestly.
No. Throughout our growth we have kept a support-only approach. We edit, structure, review, analyse data, format, guide and train. The research and authorship remain the scholar's own, as universities and journals expect.
Message us on WhatsApp at +91 70009 37390 or email info.shodhyantri@gmail.com with your discipline, software, language and deadline. We will tell you honestly whether we are the right fit and share a written scope before starting.
We provide research guidance, statistical analysis, editing, formatting and training support. All research content remains the scholar's own work, in line with UGC and university academic integrity norms. We do not guarantee publication, acceptance, indexing or academic outcomes: journals decide through peer review and universities award degrees.
Share your topic, draft or data. We will tell you honestly what it needs, and what it does not, before you pay anything.
