Our goals turn our mission into specific targets: better turnaround, deeper expertise, more languages, more training and stronger ethics in every engagement.
Tell us about your our goals need. We reply within one working day.
Our research support goals are the specific targets we work towards each year. They sit between our long-term vision and our daily work. Some goals are about scholars, such as clearer explanations and faster answers. Some are about our team, such as adding experts in new disciplines. Some are about ethics, such as tighter checks so support never becomes authorship.
Shodhyantri Engineering Services began in Gwalior in 2020. Since then our goals have grown with the needs scholars bring us: more software, more Indian-language editing and more requests for training. We share these goals openly because scholars deserve to know where a support provider is heading, and because public goals are harder to quietly abandon. They also help scholars decide whether we fit their needs.
We set goals from three sources. First, the questions and problems scholars bring us most often. Second, gaps we see in our own service, such as a discipline where we need more depth. Third, changes in the research environment, such as new university rules, new analysis tools or growing concern about predatory journals.
Each goal has to pass one test: does it make scholars more capable and their research more sound, without crossing ethical lines? Goals that only increase volume but lower care are rejected. We review our goals regularly and adjust them when scholars' needs change.
Deadlines in research are often tight. Faster, clearer responses help scholars plan their work and reduce needless stress and uncertainty.
Research methods differ widely between law, nursing, engineering and commerce. Deeper discipline expertise means better, field-appropriate support.
Many universities accept theses in Indian languages, but skilled academic editing in them is scarce. Expanding this fills a real gap.
One well-trained scholar can run analyses for years and help peers. Training is the most lasting form of support we offer.
Many scholars lose money to predatory journals or false promises. Free, plain guidance helps them avoid these traps before they happen.
As any team grows, standards can slip. Building ethics checks into every process keeps our support honest as we take on more work.
Ten stages, each with a clear output. Nothing moves to the next stage until you have reviewed the last one.
— You review every stage first, then decide —
A goal starts only when scholar feedback or clear evidence shows a real need for it.
We confirm we have, or can build, the skills to meet the goal without lowering quality.
The goal is reviewed against our support-only rules before any work on it begins.
A small trial shows whether the new service or training actually helps scholars as planned.
Successful pilots get written checklists so every team member delivers the same standard.
Goals are revisited regularly and updated as scholar needs and research rules change.
Every stage is shared with notes explaining what was changed and why. You and your supervisor check it, and the next stage starts only after your go-ahead.
| Common problem | How Shodhyantri helps |
|---|---|
| Providers chase volume and quality drops as they take on more scholars. | Our goals measure understanding and revision rates, not just volume, and checklists keep standards steady as we grow. |
| Scholars wait days for a reply to a simple question. | Faster first responses are one of our stated goals, so scholars can plan their next steps quickly. |
| Training is offered as one-off recorded videos with no chance to ask questions. | We are expanding live online training where scholars can ask questions using their own data and topics. |
| A provider offers every discipline but has no real specialists. | We add disciplines only as we bring in people with genuine expertise in that field's methods. |
| Scholars only learn about predatory journals after they have already paid fees. | We are building free guidance on verifying journals in Scopus, Web of Science and UGC-CARE before submission. |
| Ethical rules exist on paper but are ignored under deadline pressure. | We build ethics checks into every process step, so they apply even on rushed projects. |

Break your PhD into termly goals, such as finishing the review or collecting data. Small targets keep long projects moving.
Write a goal like finish chapter two draft by a set date, rather than work on literature. You can then check progress.
Many universities expect papers before submission. Identify which chapters can become papers well before your final year.
Add one skill each year, such as SmartPLS, NVivo or LaTeX. Over a PhD this builds a strong research toolkit.
Share your goals with your supervisor each term. Agreement on targets avoids last-minute disputes about readiness.
Block fixed hours each week for writing. Research goals slip fastest when writing has no protected slot.
Note deadlines for coursework, progress reports and RDC meetings. Missing a formal step can delay everything else.
Mark each completed chapter or accepted abstract. Long research journeys need regular signs of progress to stay motivated.
Your work is handled by people who read your field's literature, not by a single generalist.
A PhD-qualified specialist from your field who checks the research logic, gap and contribution.
Handles statistics, models and qualitative coding, and documents every analytical decision.
Improves structure, flow, clarity and academic tone without changing your meaning.
Builds and validates MATLAB, Python, ANSYS or COMSOL work where your study needs it.
Checks grammar, consistency, numbering, citations and the small errors examiners notice.
Applies your university or journal template, reference style and front matter exactly.
Our current goals are faster and clearer responses, more discipline specialists, stronger Indian-language editing, more live software training, free guidance on research pitfalls, and ethics checks built into every engagement. Each goal aims to make scholars more capable while keeping the research their own.
Shodhyantri Engineering Services was started in 2020 in Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh. Our goals have grown alongside the requests scholars bring us, especially for statistical analysis, Indian-language editing and software training.
Yes. We are registered under MSME with Udyam registration and are GST registered. We issue invoices for our services. These are business registrations and do not mean any university or regulator endorses our services.
No. We support scholars in preparing and submitting their own papers through editing, statistics review, formatting and journal selection advice. We do not author papers. Our goals focus on helping scholars publish their own work in credible venues.
No. However much we grow, we will not guarantee acceptance, indexing, grades or similarity scores. Those depend on journals, examiners and tools outside our control. Our goals are about the quality of our support, not promises about others' decisions.
Yes, and we welcome it. Scholar suggestions are one of the main ways we set our goals. Tell us which software, method or problem you would like covered, and we will consider it for future training batches or guides.
Yes. We work online with scholars from many states across India. Wider reach is one of our ongoing goals. Contact us on WhatsApp at +91 70009 37390 or at info.shodhyantri@gmail.com to discuss your needs.
We provide research guidance, statistical analysis, editing, formatting and training support. All research content remains the scholar's own work, in line with UGC and university academic integrity norms. We do not guarantee publication, acceptance, indexing or academic outcomes: journals decide through peer review and universities award degrees.
Share your topic, draft or data. We will tell you honestly what it needs, and what it does not, before you pay anything.
